2026 EDGE TRANSITION

By engaging Edge Agency, LLC (“Agency”), you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below, along with our Terms & Conditions and Credit Card Authorization Agreement.

Our services may include website design, SEO, content creation, hosting, maintenance, and digital marketing.

Services are provided under one of our current pricing structures you must choose one of these structures no later than April 30th 2026.

Edge Agency reserves the right to update pricing and service offerings at any time.

Program Plan Selection Requirement

Client is required to select and enroll in an Edge Agency Program Plan by May 1, 2026.

If Client does not select a Program Plan by this date, Client acknowledges and agrees that they will automatically default to Edge Agency’s standard pricing structure as outlined at https://edgeseopro.com/pricing

Continued use of services beyond this date constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing structure. Edge Agency reserves the right to bill accordingly with any card on-file or used previously for payments on the invoice due date prior to late fees being applied.

Most services operate under a monthly subscription model.

By enrolling in a plan, you acknowledge:

• Services are ongoing, not one-time deliverables 
• Work is performed continuously based on your plan level 
• Unused time or services do not roll over 

• A valid credit or debit card is required on file at all times 
• Billing is automatic based on your selected plan 
• One-time services may require deposits or full payment upfront 
• Additional work outside of plan scope will be quoted separately 

If payment fails or becomes overdue:

• Services may be paused immediately 
• Edge Agency is not responsible for any loss of performance during suspension 
• Work resumes once payment is brought current 

Services are limited to the scope of your selected plan.

Any additional work:

• Requires approval 
• May be billed separately 

• 30 days written notice required 
• Billing continues during notice period 
• No refunds for partial months 

• All work remains property of Edge Agency until paid in full 
• Upon full payment, ownership transfers to Client 
• Agency retains the right to showcase work 

By providing your payment information, you authorize Edge Agency, LLC to charge your card for:

• Monthly subscription fees 
• One-time services 
• Approved additional work 
• Outstanding balances 

You agree:

• Billing is automatic and recurring 
• A valid card must remain on file 
• Failed payments may result in immediate service pause 
• Any outstanding balances may be charged to your card 

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or results. Marketing outcomes depend on many external factors.

Client agrees to:

• Provide timely content, approvals, and access 
• Communicate effectively 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Client inaction 
• Third-party providers 

Edge Agency is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue 
• Loss of data 
• Business interruption
